I Know Why…
I know why you do it. It’s taken many decades of life, trauma and lots of counseling but I get it. No judgement from me but I also won’t condone what some choose as the solution. The point? It is understood and it’s my prayer that it would stop. I think I know what needs to be done but it will be misunderstood by most. The sad thing is some of the “most” probably gather on Sunday.
Stop talking. You have the wrong audience and thus they are shocked by what and how it is said.
Look around. You are not the only one it’s just others need to take off their mask.
Unleash your true self, all the while listening to that still small voice inside.
Don’t go down a road so far you can’t see or find your way back.
Find someone who will simply listen.
